Pastel Sketches measure 11 x 14 with mat
These small pastel sketches were done en plein air directly on St Croix morning walks. Living in St Croix I never tired of walking and executing sketches in early light. Very soft colours and delicate light is present in all of the Virgin Islands. These studies will become a larger oil paintings.
